Refund & Returns Policy – Open Polo

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@openpolo.com with your order number and details. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
  • UK & EU customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • International customers (including USA): You are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable, hazardous, or personal care goods

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The same product condition requirements apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
